A vehicle traveling north in the southbound lanes of Interstate 95 crashed into a tanker truck, causing the truck to overturn and the highway to be shut down in Cumberland County.The driver of the car, a Lumber Bridge man, is being charged with driving the wrong way and driving while impaired.
